What was the most annyoying thing that put Axl Rose of Guns N Roses into a temper  tantrum during tour?

Most people said singing during the concert. A comment was:

I saw him in concert. He changed his clothes a bunch of times between songs (sort of like I use to do when I was 14…), appeared onstage 2 or 3 hours late- it was like 11:30pm and then he told the audience we were really bringing him down.
That’s entertainment.
